“ Classics high level service, Old fashioned home cooking style fish soup. Beautiful place out seating, clean bathroom. ”
“ Delicious catfish soup and also great trout. Nice terrace. Be aware a service charge is added automatically. ”
“ The food was amazing, especially the Gulash and Pancakes for dessert. Our waiter was great, very prompt and never far away. The restaurant is very clean and quiet. We will definitely be back when we’re in the area ”
“ Very nice atmosphere, great food. The only downside is that the waiter we had is rather greedy. On the first evening we visited when it got to the part where I was about to pay, I acknowledged that the cheque included service charge. The waiter quickly enlightened me that the service charge was shared amongst all, so he wouldn't personally get it. So I added a few extra thousands not even realising that he's skimming us twice (I had a few glasses of wine and wasn't really paying much attention). The second time we had dinner there, the same waiter (middle aged, slim with a beer belly and a goatee) was again about to point out that I should add some extra money to the cheque even though it included service charge. But I sort of stood my ground and I didn't. He asked me twice if I was sure that was the bottom line to be charged of. I reconfirmed twice it was. Surprise, surprise: the guy completely blanked us when we were leaving, not even a 'bye' or 'thank you'. It goes to show, you can pretend all you want that you're a gracious host and hospitable, but if it's not genuine but led by ulterior motives it will come out the moment your motives aren't satisfied. We won't be returning. ”
“ Great location and free parking if you dine here. The food was average we didn’t find it that great. Ordered the goulash (the semi dry with beef and egg noodles) which was good. The fried chicken dishes were quite average and ok. The potato pancakes were really good. They are fried but really good, The sweet potato fries was well made and yumm. ”
“ Free parking, great food, amazing service... The waiters are very caring, fast and friendly... Thank you so much for your work! ”
“ We were very satisfied and happy with this restaurant. Our waiter was very kind and helpful. Everybody eat a different dish and everyone was happy with their meal. Gullah soup was served on little fire and pot. Wild goulash was also great. And fish speciality was delishes. For desert we had pancakes. Portions for every dish were very big ”
